If you are an existing SCTPP contract owner, click here to access all of your account information online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
On this website you can:
- change your e-mail address,
- review recent payments and other financial transactions,
- request a payoff,
- track payments to schools and more!
If you have not yet accessed your account online, click here and select the “I am a new user and need to register” link. You’ll need any one of your SCTPP account numbers to get started!
If you have already established access to view your account information online and are unable to login to your account after several attempts, have forgotten your or would like to reset your PIN, click here and select the “I forgot my login information” link and follow the instructions. A new will automatically be sent to the email address on file with SCTPP.
During any PIN reset request, if you cannot remit the response to your security question that was established at your initial login, you will need to submit a written, signed request to clear your current PIN. These requests can be faxed to 1-800-519-4652 or mailed to SCTPP, PO Drawer 11778, Columbia, SC 29211-1778. Upon completion of your request, you will be asked to re-establish a new login as a new user.
